Prudence Ngorobi
Prudence Ngorobi is a young self motivated lady who has four years work experience in the hospitality industry. I have pursued a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management from the International Hotel and Tourism Institute.
I am a fast learner, comprehensive in my work and an active team player. I am quite outgoing and flexible to different situations. I believe I would easily fit into your organization given a chance. I have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
I work as a head waitress at The Nairobi Hospital where I have gained knowledge in leadership, service expertise, customer service, supervisory abilities and working under pressure. In my previous trainings at DusitD2 Nairobi, Enashipai Resort and Best Western Hotel, I worked in different departments and gained knowledge on how to carry out different tasks within the hotel industry. My job description has enabled me to hone my skills in handling guests in different situations as well as working and blending with fellow staff. I also learnt to handle pressure and work under minimal supervision.
I enjoy interacting with guests in different situations and empowering people through information.
