Process improvement and initiative with cost effective records management systems. Daily reporting to our head for the staff working report and achieving target. Process improvement Maintain the file net with IT access to modify for any incorrect data. Supporting to Covered Card processing Team with SAP Report generating Implementation of Leap CRM across the UNIT. Implementation of BPM across the UNIT. Receiving customer mandate file from branches to verify the customer details in BPM-IBM and move the file to File Net. Ensure our team to achieve the target as timely. Supporting to all branches and department enquiry of file, document and cheques to retrieval from File Net and archiving document also etc... Maintain procedures for EDMS including records classification structure, internal documents distribution matrix and inactive document inventory and disposal etc. Monitors the utilization and performance of the EDMS to ensure that efficient and uninterrupted document services are provided to all finance users and Auditors etc Maintain the MIS of receiving file, Document, cheques and etc...
