My areas of interest and passion are in Organization’s performance, development and transformation through close systemic coaching with their respective leadership board that drives real growth and transformation. I held a number of roles during my career spanning between corporates & service providers' operations, client consultant, Sales, and Strategy. In Trainera, I held senior positions in the Commercial, Operations, and Strategy teams that included leading a number of key initiatives including developing customized business simulations for more than leading companies in the MENA region such as Pepsi and P&G. I worked in various regional Learning and Development firms starting with Scitron for Training, T-Smart Training, Logic Management Consulting (KSA), Trainera for Learning & Development, Misr takaful insurance & fatura, as well as a freelance trainer & consultant with different service providers like EBI & Maven events. I have a wide cultural experience having lived in several countries across the MENA region as Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and now Egypt. I am also an active member in a number of Development activities supporting a number of NGOs and University Clubs; an active member of a group of Sports Coaching who are aiming to embed sustainable practices to improve athletes’ awareness and life. Being a business consultant, Iparticipated in several projects in both the public and private sectors in the Middle East during my career. I am Certified Coach from International Coach Federation (ICF), CIPD practitioner, certified master trainer from “Customer Focus – USA” content, “Simdustry – German” & “Wilson Learning – the USA”.

I am a dynamic individual with numerous skills with a passion to be introduced to a variety of professional curriculums in order to facilitate exposure to diverse environments as a means of honing communicative, time-management, and people skills.

Having been in the hospitality industry, I picked up many skills which are useful in the hospitality industry like customer service, food handling techniques, and excelling fast paced environments. I was immersed in the ins and outs of the industry by managing various responsibilities such as welcoming customers, serving their menus and making menu recommendations, dealing with unhappy customers, developing culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals, and maintaining a hygienic dining environment. My accomplishments include; Achieving the best waiter of the month several times Being personally named and praised by customers on 80+ Increasing sales at my duty post, and by 20% using effective up-sale techniques. I have a certification in health safety and environment (HSE 2) and basic food hygiene and one of my greatest strengths is the ability to learn new skills quickly and my creativity prowess - the ability to improve an existing idea or make new ones in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
