Welcoming customers informing them about specials and new items, up-selling items, explaining the menu and taking orders paying attention to details. Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee tea fruit juice milkshakes frappes, Cash handling and ensuring that all sales are processed accurately through the POS system. Cleaning and restocking work and dinning areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
