Welcoming customers informing them about specials and new items, up-selling items, explaining the menu and taking orders paying attention to details. Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee tea fruit juice milkshakes frappes, Cash handling and ensuring that all sales are processed accurately through the POS system. The reason why I chose to apply for this position specifically is because I have the necessary skills set needed to work independently although I do realise the importance of teamwork.
