Supervision and Monitoring of HR logistics activities which are including: land transportation and air ticket issuance, hotel arrangements all over the world, apartment selection for locals/expats. Coordination and Organization of HR visa and work permit activities: LOI issuance for expats, obtain of WP, apply of visa, mobilization and demobilization process of expat personnel. Build and lead a motivated, engaged and competent manpower throughout the division, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance. Prepare and recommend the divisions budget in alignment to the respective annual business plan and ensure proper cascading into departmental budgets. Work closely with Project Team to prepare HR operations strategies in alignment with the overall strategic plan of company generally. Develop HR policies encompassing all areas of HR and ensure processes and procedures are in place to deliver on these policies. Lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures in order to ensure that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high quality and cost-effective service to the employees. Oversee and manage the entire gamut of Human Resources stated functions including ER, Payroll, Government affairs, administration, HRIS, employee experience and exit management. Manage the development, implementation of and compliance to business unit policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement, to ensure an efficient and effective operation. Lead the compliance to all relevant HSE&E and QM policies, procedures and controls across the Human Resources, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating on a continuous basis to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality service standards and a responsible environmental attitude. Coordinate consolidation of manpower plans of all directorates in order to monitor information on vacancies. Fully supervision of mobilization and demobilization process of 400 people for NCOC N.V. and Total Energy's Shut-down activities. Develop and maintain recruitment
plan/schedule based on manpower requests from directorates. Following up the recruitment process (interviews, decision, employment offer, etc.). Maintain regular contact with all companies, contractors and sub-contractors within the region / country and identify manpower requirements. Proven experience working with multi-cultural team as Italian, Egyptian, Azeri, Russian, Pilipino, Thai, Indian, Romanian, Portuguese.
