• Prepare monthly report ( Stock Inventory, Staff Attendance, School Transport Report, Student class strength, and Salary Report for all Employee) • Informing all Parents about the school rules and regulation, policies and fee structures upon admission time. • Attending all queries and questions of parents through phone calls and emails. • Facilitating the updating of National Student Information System and HR System of Ministry of Education and Higher Education. • Communicating to Ministry of Education and Higher Education about their request and some legal documents. • Entering and updating details on the National Student Information System of our current students. • Attending the needs of the Management; Teachers and my Headmistress and also the Parents. • Keeping and filling all documents of students and employees. • Facilitating Admission process to all students • Collecting fee payment every Term. • Resolving conflicts or other issues as they occur. • Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting.
