Hello, I am John, a commis1 chef in crowne plaza doha. i am in charge of night shift alone that cater the IRD and prepare the breakfast buffet at desame time with enough knowledge of time planning aswell as items monitoring that includes expiry wich is very important. during breakfast buffet i make sure that all food are set according with our brand standard and making sure that food is just enough and not tomuch according to reservation, walk in guest and breakfast package forecast. i also follow proper sanitary standard inside the kitchen and in the show kitchen aswell.
