My name is Kyla Mae Aguilar. I’ve been working in hospitality industry for almost three years. On my previous job, I was a Captain Waitress in one of the famous fine dining restaurants in Qatar which is Yasmine Palace. In that role, I supervised and supported a team, ensured high standards of service was applied at all times, ensuring every guest feel heard and cared for, and made sure that they would have a memorable dining experience. I would describe myself as passionate, attentive, adaptable, customer service-oriented, and good at building a rapport with guests and colleagues.
Working in Hilton hotel is my ultimate dream because it combines my passion for hospitality with the chance to meet diverse people from all over the world which I can learn and grow from them.
