Within the military (NATO Air Base) area, main tasks that are currently dealing with are:
Reading and interpreting information from the published flight schedules (Fixed or
Rotary Wings) in order to carry out daily tasks.
Completing, checking and ensuring accuracy of passenger manifest for departing aircraft.
Ensuring that passengers handled and escorted in a safe and professional manner to and
from their respective flights
Reacting appropriately to any changes to the daily flight programs and any additional aircraft
or circumstances that may affect passenger handling operations.
Coordinating with aviation movement cells using available devices provided to monitor flight
progress and adjusting personnel manifest due to unforeseen circumstances and
communicating with aircrews and rotary wing operations to maximize available seats to
correct destinations.
Ensuring all allotted aircrafts are handled in professional and expeditious manner, whilst
ensuring compliance with allextant regulations.
Being a Passenger Specialist, I have been able to explore my abilities in customer service,
understanding customer needs and solving & clearing customer queries.Dealing a wide range
of customers ranging from NATO/US Military generals, other Military officers to normal
passengers who regularly use the Airport.
