• End to End responsibility to handle Revenue and Receivables functions • Top receivables aging analysis, provision for bad debts. Maintaining complete Accounts (A/R & A/P) • Liaise with intercompany counterparties to reconcile intercompany balances • Verification and approval summary of Sales & Purchase invoices, Credit Notes (CNs) and refunds in compliance with VAT and company’s SOP requirements • Prepare monthly management reports on outstanding receivables, revenue, provisions and JVs • Preparation of Dashboards and MIS Reporting • Prepare & Filling of Tax returns to Federal Board of Revenue Pakistan • Compliance of Tax Notices regarding VAT & Income Tax as per Income Tax Ordinance 2001 of Pakistan • Overview of Bank reconciliations • Reporting to senior manager for Interim and Year End Closing
