* Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing
orders as required;
* Ensure All materials receive as per Purchase Order, also ensure materials
proper Store & Issue,
* Maintain FIFO/LIFO for materials movements in compliance with ISO
standard.
* Plan, monitor and control the inventory management for recovery of
unwanted delay
* Maintain monthly requirement check, discussion with all departments,
planning, and indent preparation as per
standard procedures.
* Maintain to ensure receiving, storing and supplying raw materials
independently.
* Maintain proper documentation in the ledger of the materials.
* Ensure buyer wise inventory monitoring, delivering and controlling.
* Coordinate procurement and another department as per requirement.
* Collect All reports timely from the project.
* Maintain re-order level & minimum stock level for the smooth and effect
* Ensure store reconciliation timely & properly for smooth operation
* Ensure daily/weekly and monthly stock reports.
* Improve self and subordinate performance continuously.
* Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
