Waiter\Waitress

The duties and responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress include welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provide excellent customer services.
-Always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
-Make suggestions based on their preferences.
-Greet customers and present menus.
-Take and serve food/drinks orders.
-Up-sell when appropriate.
•Arrange table settings

QUALIFICATIONS:

General Math Skills.
Must have minimum 2 year experience in same field. Must have good verbal communication skills
Customer Service.
Resolving Conflict Teamwork
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed
appearance adhering to hotel grooming standards.
