Your tasks:

- Together with the team leader, you are responsible for the entire personnel administration including payroll accounting of the DSR Hotel Holding Group in Germany
- You support the team leader in leading the team (currently 7 employees)
- You continuously contribute to the improvement of processes and at the interfaces to other departments
- You monitor the applicable legal provisions in the field of employment law and their application
- You process the personnel administration from entry to departure and maintain the electronic personnel files
- You are responsible for personnel administration (e.g. preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, contract terminations, employment references)
- You are the contact person for the employees and colleagues of the headquarters and hotels in all personnel administration matters
- You record and maintain the personnel master data- You support the processing of payroll accounting- You maintain and check the payroll-relevant
data
according to tax and social security criteria
- You provide additional work for monthly and annual financial statements and accompany wage tax and social security audits

You have:

- A completed training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) and/or a commercial training with further training in human resources as well as relevant professional experience in personnel administration and payroll accounting
- (First) management responsibility
- Good knowledge of labour, social security and tax law
- A high degree of initiative and motivation
- An independent, committed and conscientious way of working- Enjoyment of dealing with people, high social competence and a confident appearance
- A structured and service-oriented way

of working- A confident handling of the MS Office package, preferably also knowledge of edlohn and ATOSS
