Leonardo Frankfurt City South has 295 rooms, a large restaurant and bar area including a terrace for summer barbecue evenings, a beer garden, and a gym. On an area of 949 square meters there are also 12 function rooms for meetings, conferences & events.

Job Requirements

Your profile

- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and be yourself
- Several years of experience at the reception in the hotel industry of comparable size
- Communicative and assertive personality
- Conscientious way of working with an eye for detail
- Competent and binding appearance
- High sense of responsibility and a strong organizational talent
- Very good language and writing skills in German and English

Your tasks

- Strategic, administrative and operational management of the front office
- Reception and individual care of our international guests
- Active support of the front office team in day-to-day business (check-in, check-out, invoicing, cash management)
- Professional complaint management
- Personal contribution to maintaining service quality and standards
- Employee leadership, motivation and support
- Work schedule and leave design
