Job Description
1. Leverage player feedback, trend analysis, and market research to compile trend reports and develop localized content themes and campaign directions in coordination with KOLs.
2. Manage and nurture KOLs across different tiers (top, mid, and long-tail influencers), formulate targeted engagement strategies, identify and incubate potential influencer talents in the Turkish market, and take ownership of project KPIs.
3. Maintain strong partnerships with KOL agencies to gain timely insights into competitor collaborations and marketing campaigns, and develop effective counter-strategies.
4. Effectively manage the KOL and marketing resource database, extending the successful practices from PUBG MOBILE to new titles, with the goal of optimizing resources and improving cost efficiency.
5. Maximize the impact of KOL resources across multiple functions including marketing, community, esports, in-game content, and monetization—achieving synergy and mutual support across teams.
