PROFILE
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
Professional Experience
5+ years of professional experience with sales and/or marketing experience.
Experience with consumer goods or U.S. wines or spirits industries preferred.
Practical/Technical Knowledge
Proven proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Can demonstrate strength in the following Capabilities: Strategic Attitude, Business Insights, Balancing Stakeholders and Planning and Aligning.
Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context
Strong commercial orientation and a keen understanding of the marketing/sales relationship
Proven success influencing cross-functional partners, including senior leaders
Strong presentation skills: committed storyteller via PowerPoint and comfortable presenting in front of large groups
Understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system required
