PROFILE

Excellent communication skills in German and Turkish both verbal and writing
Strong sales and storytelling skills
Clear demonstration of a Customer First mind-set and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
A highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering impeccable service and exceeding customer expectations.
Able to work on multiple tasks and deliver results to agreed schedules.
Punctuality and time-management skills by respecting and adhering to assigned schedules, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs across different German-speaking and Turkish-speaking markets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is advantageous).
Background in luxury retail is a plus.
A keen interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is a plus.
