YOUR PROFILE:
Bachelor or Master degree
Max. 1 year of postgraduate work experience, retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Geographical flexibility in Europe throughout the entire programme
Passion and curiosity for luxury, retail and clientelling
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
High learning agility and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in German and English, additional language skills would be a plus
