20+ years HR related experiences in Compensation & Benefits within complex international landscapes
Specialized in Comp&Ben
Experience in leading teams internationally (direct reports and cross-functional)
Focused on delivering excellence
Demonstrated experience setting reward aligned to business objectives
Skilled negotiator
Ability to deliver complex message clearly and train teams on Reward practices
Strong communication skills are critical; be comfortable building consensus across varied groups of stakeholders while advocating for constructive change
Role model: must demonstrate intellectual curiosity, globally minded and promoting a collegiate culture that encourages difference and respects diversity
