The Retail Learning Manager is responsible for:

· Preparing and facilitating the LVA Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans based on stores/region's specific needs.

· Supporting the region in driving customer delight through ensuring applied learning of selling skills by way of observation and coaching.

· Providing ongoing mentorship to the store teams crafted to support the improvement of proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.
