PROFILE
PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service
GED certificate or High School diploma
Exceptional Client Centric mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high-performance level
Excellent organization skills and effective time-management skills
Be proactive, solution-driven and detailed-oriented
Work both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees within the organization
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-starter; ability to work with minimal supervision
Punctuality and schedule flexibility are essential
The appointed candidate will be offered a starting pay of $22.00/hour, plus $2.00 shift differential pay, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plans with employer contributions.
Work schedule -- Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 am -- 7:00 pm and Saturday (work from home) from 6:30 am -- 3:00 pm.
