In-Room Dining Supervisor with Conrad Hotels and Resorts is responsible for supervising operations of the department to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.



What will I be doing?



As an In-Room Dining Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of the department to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Room Service Supervisor would also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Supervise In-Room Dining operations
Supervise VIP amenity preparation and delivery, monitors in-house VIP’s to ensure satisfaction
Handles guest complains professionally and satisfactorily
Checks the accuracy of the guest’s check before it is presented to the guest
Coordinates with the order taker to ensure quick delivery of food and consistency of tray pick up
Knowledgeable in bar tendering and wine service
Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Represent needs of the team
Provides guidance for improvement and implements necessary adjustments
Assist F&B management with achieving financial targets
Assist F&B management with training and development of team members
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
To carry our any other duties as assigned by the immediate superiors
