What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years General Manager experience at a full-service hotel
Proven track record in a leadership role managing a property with $60M or greater in annual revenue and 500+ rooms
Thorough understanding of revenue management, commercial strategies, and sales in a large resort style hotel
Excellent communication skills, public speaking, written and oral, with the ability to customize the message to the audience (guest, team member, owner, and other key stakeholders
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Successful managing and maintaining Union partnerships
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading resort properties
Preferred Qualifications:
Collaborate and work effectively with guests and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds
Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and partnerships
Proven experience leading a resort property with multiple dining outlets, including fine dining, and banquet facilities
Performance-driven leader with strong leadership capability, able to attract, motivate, and inspire talented teams to achieve excellent guest and employee satisfaction results
Convention hotel experience/expertise
Hilton brand experience
