Steward (1 day per week)

Key requirements

Available for 1 day per week
Available to work on the weekends
Shifts are normally 8 hours per day, from 07:00 – 15:00 or from 15:00 – 23:00. Sometimes there is a shift somewhere in between. It is therefore important that you are able to start at 07:00 and are able to get back home if you finish at 23:00


What does you day as Steward look like?
As Steward you are responsible for the back of the house for the F&B service and Kitchen. You make sure that everything is clean and in place, so that the F&B and the Kitchen can do their job perfectly. Examples of your tasks are:

Is responsible for cleaning and keeping tidy of all sculleries in the different outlets
Keeps Team Restaurant clean and tidy
Regularly cleans copper, silver and stainless steel
Takes care of all outlets and corridors and makes sure they are always cleared and tidy
Should have complete knowledge of all cleaning standards
Keeps storerooms clean and tidy
Is fully aware of all hygiene, health and safety procedures

Who are you?
Your friends describe you as a hardworking person who gets energy from cleaning up and organizing. Furthermore you possess good communication skills in in either Dutch or English.
