Job Description
A Linen Attendant / Houseman is responsible for ensuring room linens are stocked to provide an excellent guest and member experience while managing guest issues and performing regular laundry tasks.
What will I be doing?
As a Linen Attendant / Houseman, you are responsible for ensuring guest room linens are stocked to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Linen Attendant / Houseman will also be required to manage guest issues and perform regular laundry tasks. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Keep warehouses stocked with linen
· Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively
· Undertake regular laundry tasks, for example, separating dirty linens and folding sheets and towels.
· Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
