Job Description

1.Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings and activities. Include in house promotions, sales calls, entertainment and an active involvement in restaurant service during peak hours. Actively be around in hotel public areas to engage with guests and generate additional business.
2.Develops and manages relationships with key internal and external stakeholders within community to strengthen and expand customer base for restaurants sales opportunities. Manages and develops relationships. Conducting Daily Sales Activities to achieve Department Goals. Drive in-house capture ratio by working closely with F&B Leaders and the Marketing Communications departments to establish promotions.
3.Works with Event Management’s client and the MarCom department on restaurant related promotional activities for the hot zone near the hotel in order to capture more local restaurants business and utilize previous business as the Develop, plan and execute all Food & Beverage promotions with the operations and communications departments for both internal and external communications related promotions and driving sales and obtaining feedback on the program.
4.Identifies new restaurant business opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
5.Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
6.Work with outlets team to control and monitor restaurant reservation and maintain restaurant database.
7.Using Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue such as birthday parties, secretary parties and networking events in order to maximize revenue.
8.Works with Event Management’s client and the MarCom department on restaurant related promotional activities for the hot zone near the hotel in order to capture more local restaurants business and utilize previous business as the database to build future opportunities.
9.Partner with Sales & Marketing account managers to visit potential accounts to drive restaurant business. Attend social functions in order to meet new business opportunities.
10.Meets with guests together with Outlet Manager on an informal basis during meals or upon departure to obtain feedback on quality of food and beverage, service levels and overall satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience to put the most effective team together to achieve the objectives.
2.At least 3 years working experience a sales related or food and beverage operations role with similar dining experience options.
3.A high level of education in the hospitality field or associated business area.
4.A high level of English communication both written and oral.
5.Self-motivated with natural sales and engagement skills.
