Head Bartender

-To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Paramount Hotels Guidelines.
-To welcome and serve any guest that walks into the F&B area, while providing him with the best service possible according to the hotel standards.
-To prepare bar, mise en place and keep them well stocked at all times.
-Research new trend in the beverage industry and create seasonal cocktails.
-To count daily and monthly bar stock inventory.
-To prepare the beverage back up on a daily basis.
-To check that the amount and quality of all items delivered from the stores are rechecked according to the requisition list.
-To aid the cost controller with the bar stock checks.
-To know the cocktail and wine procedure and cocktail and wine list.
-To assist the (assistant) manager and cocktail servers when required.
-To check that all the waiters and bar stations are fully equipped.

-At least 2 years of experience in the same role
-Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
-Organized and well planned
-Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining positive attitude
-Must have experience in menu planning and recipes knowledge, excellent food and beverage knowledge, administration abilities, good kitchen -organization experience
