FO Management Trainee

1. Basic food and beverage service skills. Demonstrated strong hospitality skills.
2. To do whatever it takes to provide exceptional service for our customers and to strive for excellence to achieve customer satisfaction.
3. Check on guests to get feedback on the quality of their meals, service, etc. and share any problems that arise immediately—inform supervisor and manager immediately, but try to take care of the problem at once.
4. Have an excellent knowledge about wines and different items on the menu in order to be able to help guests, answer questions, and give other suggestions.
5. Be thorough in knowledge of the Hotel, services offered, operating hours of all F&B outlets, etc.
6. When the guest leaves the dining room, bus all tables with attention to the following areas.
7. Table accompaniments reset according to dining room procedure.

1. Hotel will provide free uniform.
2. Accomodation is owner invested apartment located 4.5km from hotel. Twin room, with elevator, independent bathroom each room, laundry room in each floor, table tennis room, fitness room, basketball court. Hotel will provide water& electricity allowance, free WIFI and free bedding. Associates can take bus/rent bike/taxi to work. Accomodation is free of charge.
3.English, if can speak Chinese would be a plus
