Job Description
1. Basic food and beverage service skills. Demonstrated strong hospitality skills.
2. To do whatever it takes to provide exceptional service for our customers and to strive for excellence to achieve customer satisfaction.
3. Check on guests to get feedback on the quality of their meals, service, etc. and share any problems that arise immediately—inform supervisor and manager immediately, but try to take care of the problem at once.
4. Have an excellent knowledge about wines and different items on the menu in order to be able to help guests, answer questions, and give other suggestions.
5. Be thorough in knowledge of the Hotel, services offered, operating hours of all F&B outlets, etc.
6. When the guest leaves the dining room, bus all tables with attention to the following areas.
7. Table accompaniments reset according to dining room procedure.
