Job Description
Responsible for all guest related activities in Front Office and the hotel, act as the hotel ambassador and at all times create good rapport with all Hotel guest.
Shangri-la Hotel Hangzhou located in the world-famous west lake scenic area. Hotel has 380 luxurious rooms, including presidential suite, with 3 restaurants and bar, provide different flavors of food. There are total of 16 meeting rooms and banquet hall, which satisfy the different needs of customers.
