To check all stations, tables, pantry and display prior to each meal period and ensure areas are correctly set up.
To follow up on service and make sure guests are given every attention.
To maintain a high profile during service periods to ensure standards of quality and service are maintained at all times.
To assist with all F&B promotion within the outlet, including set up and implementation.
To assist in the direct service to the guest, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
To immediately communicate all guest feedback or problems to the Restaurant Manager.
