每年做4期，即每季度1期。需要将回收的扫描问卷中的开放题，用日文录入到Excel表中，再翻译成英文。每期60-70份问卷，每个问卷2-5个开放题，都很简短，没有长句。主要是翻译人名，职位等，偶尔有几个需要翻译意见和建议。每期固定费用。
