Job Description
FO MT JD: Check Elite Members and VIP ensure room/s are blocked according to special requests.
Ensure amenity forms are raised for VIPs, Elite Members, repeat and long stay guests and confirm that Housekeeping and Room Service are informed.
Enrol guests in Marriott Rewards programme.
Handle and solve guests’ complaints or assisting them with enquiries.
Provide information about the hotel and the surrounding community.
Keeping Executive Lounge and Library in tip top condition and maintain cleanliness round the clock.
Preparation for breakfast and cocktails daily and ensure food quality and service is maintained at the best for total guest satisfaction.
Monitoring the supplies and maintenance of all Executive equipment, Food& Beverage dishware and tableware, And process monthly inventory punctually.
Update guest profile in Fidelio when necessary especially when guests’ personal preferences mentioned over conversation.
Ensure area is covered at all times and should never be left unattended at any point of time.
