FB Management Trainee

1,In charge of F&B outlets overall coordination (Panorama/ Rooms service / Lobby 2,Bar/Banquet) through control of implementation of up-to-date hotel standard procedures and industry best practices.
3,Assist F&B Manager in establishing proper communication and regular updates on means to reach the targeted revenues.
4,Creating & updating parameters establishing constructive F&B analysis tools
5,Analysis of market intelligence and competition best practices by providing related practical reports.
6,Generally controlling service quality standards in accordance with the Sofitel 7,Standards, brand exigencies and mystery shopper reports guaranteeing consistency throughout all F&B sub departments.
8,Establishing & auditing necessary standard procedures and policies for related outlets to ensure the proper follow up of selling strategies. Conducting related training for concerned departments. Establishing guests relationships to build and achieve loyalty of customers and a pool of regular patrons
