国际电商治理和体验是一个全球团队,负责确保我们的市场对用户、卖家和创作者都是安全可信赖的,我们通过优化政策、规则、产品和系统不断改进用户体验。
业务规划:业务规划团队与区域运营、全球职能部门和中间平台团队合作,实现治理和体验的目标。我们开发合理的指标体系来监测整体绩效,引入基于数据的分析进行重要决策,并为应对一些最棘手挑战提供战略见解和创新。
计划与分析:计划与分析团队设定业务目标(包括预算),跟踪绩效并通过开发和迭代指标系统主动识别潜在问题和风险;同时,该团队还通过带入基于数据的见解与跨职能团队合作解决重点挑战。
About the Team:
E-Commerce Governance and Experience: Ecommerce Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We continuously improve user experience through optimizing policies, rules, products and systems.
Business Planning: The Business Planning team partners with regional operations, global functions and middle platform teams in achieving GNE targets. We develop appropriate metrics systems to monitor overall performance, bring in data-based analytics for critical decision making and contribute strategic insights on best practices and innovations to tackle some of the toughest challenges.
Planning and Analytics: The Planning and Analytics team sets business targets (incl. budgets), tracks performance and proactively identifies potential issues and risks through developing and iterating metrics systems. Meanwhile, the team also engages with cross functional teams in solving priority challenges by bringing in data-based insights.

1. Define appropriate metric systems that are tailored to the E-commerce development stages across global markets and help translate overall business strategy into actionable targets by teams.
2. Ensure the integrity of defined metrics (incl. data availability, quality and consistency) as well as the accuracy of analysis outputs from the Planning and Analytics team.
3. Validate the soundness of key insights, including the robustness of key assumptions (e.g. through rigorous industry benchmarking) and the balance between ambition and feasibility.
4. Act as business partner to cross functional leaders, including achieving alignment on business target setting and budget planning, as well as providing critical data insights to solve key challenges.
