To prepare and offer all kinds of beverages according to the restaurants standards and to provide friendly service in order to maximize guest satisfaction
Responsibilities:
1) To be responsible for the standardized and correct beverage service.
2) To be aware of all cocktail recipes list.
3) To have an excellent knowledge of the menu - food & beverage items (preparation & style & time).
4) To know all necessary information about our daily offers in outlet.
5) To upsell drinks and make suggestions to the guests.
6) To do the daily bar mise-en-place refer guidelines and keep at all times the work area clean and organized.
7) To fill the refrigerators.
8) To input in the orders into the POS correctly or brings it to the cashier if available.
9) To ensure that all guest bills are completed – double-check
10) To greet all guests at all times with a warm and friendly smile
11) To take complete and correct order from guests.
12) To report any guest complaint to the Manager.
13) To take care of all operational equipment.
14) To report necessary reparations at once.
15) To clean work area and machines right after usage.
