Food & Beverage Intern

Your duties are to work with other staff members to prep everything for service and ensure that service meets company standards. You may also present food and beverage options to guests and help them make informed choices.
Job Role:
Prepare the room and the tables for the service.
Offer a service of quality.
Help to present the menus, daily specials, drinks, etc …
Take orders from customers.
Serve and serve the dishes. Clear the tables if necessary.
Check and manage stocks of raw materials.
Optimize the supply chain if necessary, in particular by signaling the products arriving out of stock.
Respect the health and safety rules in force at the establishment.
In a food and beverage internship, you would also increase your language skills as you may be asked to use a foreign language while on duty.

The duration of the program is six months or one year.

WE NEED:

Languages:
English Fluent or intermediate
Russian preferred but not required
Female candidates
Hospitality or tourism-related studies are preferred.
Previous F&B experience preferred.

WHAT DO WE OFFER

Accommodation - provided by the Hotel. Sharing accommodation hotel accommodation, in a very conveniently locality in heart of Abu Dhabi city, close proximity to the mall and public beach and transportation.
Salary - 1000 AED stipend provided.
Meals - are provided by the hotel.
Insurance - is provided by the hotel
Residence visa - after being accepted for the internship position the hotel will apply for a residence visa
Internship certificate - internship certificate is provided by Hotel, signed and stamped by the hotel's authorized signatory.
