Front Office Intern (Russian Speaking)

Delivering a great guest experience, our Front Desk Intern will represent the hotel with initiative, commitment, and meticulous attention to detail throughout all stages of the guest’s stay.

Role & Tasks

Contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
Provide a high level of customer service.
Maintain a high profile in the day-to-day front office operations.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Challenge and influence hotels to improve service levels and operational standards.
Identify different types of guests and their needs, providing anticipatory service and exceeding their expectations.

The duration of the program is six months or one year.

WE NEED:

Russian speakers
Female candidates
Preferred nationalities: Russian, Balkan countries
Hospitality or tourism-related studies are preferred.
Previous Front Office or Customer Service experience preferred.
Knowledgeable of Property Management System preferred.

WHAT DO WE OFFER

Accommodation - provided by the Hotel. Sharing accommodation hotel accommodation, in a very conveniently locality in heart of Abu Dhabi city, close proximity to the mall and public beach and transportation.
Salary - 1000 AED stipend provided.
Meals - are provided by the hotel.
Insurance - is provided by the hotel
Residence visa - after being accepted for the internship position the hotel will apply for a residence visa
Internship certificate - internship certificate is provided by Hotel, signed and stamped by the hotel's authorize signatory.
