Warehouse Assistant

JOB ROLE

Warehouse Assistant is to assist the Back of the house operations and maintain the flow of stocks and products and additionally carry out the responsibility of receiving, stowing and issue out promptly.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the supervisor to dispatch all orders in the correct quantity.

Ensure accurate inventory count is carried out and correct inventory level is maintained.

Store the received items in the designated bins and record the receipts in bin cards, SAP system.

Inform damages and record them.

Ensures preventive maintenance of all equipment is carried out & man-oeuvre pallet walkers, forklifts in a safe manner

Follow ADFCA and the company’s hygiene policy.

Ensure real-time inventory is available in the system and the receipts and issue outs are recorded promptly and correctly

To continuously review and implement lean processes and comply with completion of the daily checklist.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 02 years’ experience in warehousing or a catering warehouse.
Diploma or High School qualified
Inventory Handling
SAP Knowledge and relevant current experience
