The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving market share growth, by developing competitive P+L solutions for commercial proposals.

As the commercial manager, you will help, guide the business development and operation team in improving revenue streams, and driving market share in new sectors and verticals.



Job Responsibilities



Develop P+L projections and forecasts for new and retention opportunities.
Manage and own the P+L
Develop and implement commercial models and strategies to accelerate growth
Analyze cost elements, to achieve the best competitive business models, by driving cost efficiencies, identifying and mitigating risk
Financial and investment analysis of new bids/opportunities for management review.
Preparation of the commercial response for all bids.
Preparation of financial information according to Company Approval Manual.
Lead inter-departmental communication to ensure all financial aspects are accounted for i.e taxation, bank guarantees, customs fees, insurance, new legislation, labour law, etc in the proposal.
Present models, findings and insights to senior management to drive business decisions.
Provide objective recommendations on business strategy, monetization and operation.
Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations.
Ability to crunch heavy data, build insights and drive operational decision making.
Use advanced spreadsheet and database skills, including developing costing models.
Work under time constraints, performing several tasks at the same time.
Possess a sound working knowledge of cost accounting principles.
Basic knowledge of investment analysis.
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
