Job Role
Mini Bar Attendant provide guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained mini bar consistently throughout their stay.
Job Responsibilities
Stocks the mini bar cart with the necessary items to maintain the par level daily
Cleans and defrosts the mini bars regularly as per the schedule
Maintains a fully stocked inventory of all mini bar items
Inventory all guest's mini bars on daily basis and posts the appropriate charges to the room before guest departure
Stock and replace missing items, inspect, move and clean the mini bars following departmental policies and procedures
Is authorized to enter all guest rooms about the mini bar at any given point of time while following appropriate policies and procedures
Maintains, tracks and completes daily worksheet of mini bar stock
Responsible for replenishment of mini bar items in rooms
Responsible for maintaining the mini bar pantry in terms of stock, stacking and cleanliness
Ensure products in the mini-bar are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary. Ensures rotation of all mini-bar products
Take all reasonable measures not to handle food or food contact surfaces in any way that is likely to compromise the safety and suitability of the food
Maintains assigned mini bar carts
Raise store requisitions and obtains stock and store in the assigned storerooms. Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned stores
Communicates effectively with line manager on any issues or concerns including guest issues
Performs any other duty assigned by the line manager deemed necessary for the success of the department
Assists Room Service team with orders or clearance when required

The 58,000sqm expansive facility also includes a 50m, 8 lane Olympic sized indoor swimming pool, dedicated training studios, padel tennis facilities, and indoor (air-conditioned) and outdoor artificial and natural football pitches. Dedicated facilities for gymnastics, aerobics, squash, bowling, tennis, track and field, volleyball, basketball and shooting complete the gamut of experiences, together with sports massage services, steam bath and Jacuzzi areas to support post-workout recovery. Soon to come is an outdoor swimming pool and the opening of a Blue-flag certified 1km stretch private beach offering a wide variety of watersport activities for a perfect family day out.
