JOB ROLE



As Bell Boy, you are responsible for handling with care and safely assisting the guests with their baggage/luggage, handbags, boxes, etc. From the entrance of the accommodation wing to the lobby to the guest room to uphold the policies and procedures as per the hotel standard.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



To be efficient and professional in dealing with situations involving any aspects of the Concierge section and where the reputation and image of the hotel is represented.
Greets all guests at the main entrance politely and courteously and guides them towards the reception desk.
Assists guests with their luggage for both check-in and check-out.
Carries guests’ luggage to the room upon check-in and brings it down upon check-out.
Briefs guests on the usage of light switches, TV, radio, Minibar, Telephone facilities and information on Quran, Prayer mat, etc.
Controls usage of luggage room ensuring it is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Complies with the set functioning of the errand card.
Cleans ashtrays and keeps lobby area neat and orderly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



With basic knowledge in concierge operation
Secondary school certificate
Minimum 1-year experience in the same position in a 5-star Hotel
