JOB ROLE
An exciting opportunity for Internal recreation receptionist has arisen, your job responsibilities entails to provide a variety of customer service role which includes greeting and welcoming the guests in positive and polite manner, answering multiple phone calls and issue passes to numerous recreational activities. They must ensure to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and adhere to the standard of services required by the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The recreation receptionist must provide accurate information by answering queries about the service being offered. The receptionist must explain the rules, regulation, timing and fees to the guest’s thereby ensuring outstanding guest service skills at all times
The receptionist must create and promote recreational facilities and programs to the guest
An atmosphere of calmness at the reception must be always maintained
Manage the implementation for change or upgrade in club software systems
All the bookings via phone, email and in person must be taken for recreational Facilities, ensuring that an accurate bookkeeping and time/space management are observed at all times.
Training courses must be attended as directed for continuous learning
Ensuring smooth operation by efficiently taking over the duties from previous shift and initiating actions promptly. Similar goes to handing over duties to the next shift
The additional reasonable and lawful request must be carried out as directed by the Management
Compliance must be ensured with local legislation and statutory EHS codes of practice
Accuracy of filing data must be confirmed i.e. booking activities must be done in a proper manner i.e. court no., time, name of the guest, membership no. (If any), & the contact information.
The daily operational report should be submitted to the reception supervisor
