JD：
The Job holder reports to General Manager.
He / She is responsible for plan, organise，administer and control all rooms, catering and recreational facilities at Beijing Clubhouse to establish a successful image and service-oriented environment that match the requirements of Club Members.
Ensures that yearly budgets for the entire Beijing Clubhouse operation (Rooms, Catering & Recreation) are achieved.
In charge of HACCP Committee and working closely with the Food Safety team to address food and safety related issues and look for improvements.

Requirement：
1. A university degree or higher diploma in Hospitality Management from a leading hospitality institution
2. A minimum of ten years of managerial experience in a hospitality operation
3. Sound knowledge of Rooms, food and beverage management, products and Project management
4. Sound knowledge of facility management
5. Knowledge of IT hospitality systems (e.g. catering, stock management system, etc)
6. Fluency in written and spoken English.
7. Knowledge of spoken Cantonese an advantage.
