Food & Beverage MT

1.Deliver food and beverage service with high standard and in accordance with Food & Beverage standards and procedures;
2. Take the initiative to greet guests and build and maintain good relationships with all guests;
3. Familiar with the catering service process, be able to complete the catering service procedures to all foreign guests independently;
4. Be responsible for collecting all foreigners' complaints and requests and take appropriate action to resolve them;
5. Attends and participates in training sessions and scheduled;
6. Conduct the training for all employees in English or catering service;
7. Assist the manager with some paper work.

Good grooming and communication, good sense of service and related F&B or restaurants working experience and be familar with the F&B Service process and can provide the food service for all foreigners.
Hote can provide the uniform during working hours.
Hotel will provide the guest room for Foreign Management Trainee and live in hotel.
Hotel will provide 3 meals for Foreign Management Trainee, and those can take breakfast in ADD, lunch and dinner in Staff Canteen. And dinner is also available at ADD during the business time of Dinner Buffet.
