Job Description
				  				Provide operational support to the functions of Front Office and the hotel. Provide courteous and efficient
      service to guests. Assure the highest level of product and service are delivered. 
     Maintain guest relations with foreign guests and improve guest satisfaction
     
     Co-ordinate daily operations of the Front Office to maximize profit and guest satisfaction
     Familiar with Front Office Standards and Procedures
    
     Familiar with the knowledge of room locations, room types, rates, discounts, hotel facilities and their hours
     of operation, special promotions etc.
 
     Resolve foreign guest complaints. When needed, refer the matter to the Guest Service Manager or
