Senior Pastry Chef(Mandarin Speaker)

Ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Food and Beverage Department in relation to the Company Core Process; thus, directly impacting the delivery of the experience.

This position oversees all aspects of the Pastry Kitchen / Bakery / Bakery Shop / Ice Cream Shop and is responsible for production and distribution of baked goods, desserts, pastries, gelato etc.  This position is also responsible for maintaining a Safe work Environment, training of direct reports and the development of new products in line with business requirements and as requested by the Senior Executive Chef.

Diploma/Culinary qualification
3+ years in same role or 3+ years as Pastry Sous Chef in Four or Five Star Hotel or similar industry experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts or appropriate experience in the trade.
Multiple Language Skills (Native Language, English Language and Arabic Language) 
Soft Skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
