"1. Welcome not only for VIP, but all the guests to the organizational and also bid them good bye when clients are leaving
2. Ensure VIP clients enjoy themselves throughout their stay within the premises
3. Inform VIP guests about details of the services provided
4. Act as escort for VIP clients to and from their seats
5. Get adequately informed about facilities in the organization
6. Keep communication with the leader, and also provide the later with detailed report about events and activities.
7. Keep clients happy all through their stay to ensure they come back for more patronage
8. Provide guests with high attention to ensure they enjoyed the best service.
9. Assist the head of event sales to follow up and complete the event，ensure the activity with high stander.
10. Recommend hotel related product to potential guests.
11. To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up.
12. To maintain an up to date files and information on tours, sightseeing and points of general interest and make the necessary bookings when requested.
13.To update the guest preference and information into Opera system.
14. To take and forward messages accurately and in a timely manner.
15. Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
