During my experience in this position I've been recognized thrice for my achievements and contribution towards my department,, achieved superior customer experience by implementing various improvements within my department which has contributed towards the overall success of the hospital and increased the satisfactions of our patients. My responsibilities below include but not limited to : • Identified potential business risks and resolved issues, supporting company operations. • Created and developed strategies for customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. • Established and implemented policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the entire department. • Planned and prepared work schedules and kept records of employees' work schedules and time cards. • Responsible for the cash outstanding, billed and un-billed services on a daily basis, ensure the team follows the proper method for financial recovery of these bills. • Handle all sort of financial discussions with patients and their relatives/bystanders and performs payment functions for self-pay patients, specifically DCAS (Red cases).
