Working in 619 key rooms Dual complex Property. ❖ Maintain the duty roster of employees and trainees. ❖ Maintain training records of employees. ❖ Do the inventory of stock like current asset, supplies,Making report of stock & snag. ❖ Motivate staff with several weekly incentives for maintaining high standards of safety regulations and completing duties quickly. ❖ Provide clean, sanitize as well as aesthetic environment to make stay memorable. ❖ Inspect 70+ rooms per day including stay over and arrivals. ❖ Maintain all the Guest area and public areas to highest possible standard of, cleanliness and presentation. ❖ Monitored priorities and liaised between maintenance team and management, delegating tasks to complete on time. ❖ Streamlined weekly cleaning schedule for 150 employees. ❖ Responsible for handling the in-house Water bottling plant for the production of 5000+bottles for day to day use. ❖ Handles KRA Like In-house water Bottling Plants, Horticulture & DCC.
