• Managing and supervision of housekeeping staff to ensure they deliver the cleaning standards within the premises of Dubai metro. • Conduct regular health and safety inspections and take corrective actions where issues have been raised. • Ensure record keeping and documentation is completed and verified in systematic and timely manner. • Report faults to large equipment supplier incase of faulty equipment and escalate to senior soft services supervisor if the fault is not resolved within the agreed time. • Manage and control stock of cleaning consumables and supplies. Ensure that stock holding levels are maintained. • Ensure that the staffs deployed at the location are as the agreed staffing level and are competent as per training matrix.
